Free Shipping may be applied to products as part of a promotion or as a term of sale. Go Wheels Canada reserves the right however, to levy additional shipping charges for rush or customized orders as well as orders shipping outside of majour centres. In all circumstances Go Wheels Canada will endeavor to ship your purchases using the quickest, most affordable, and reliable options available. 

Items are shipped exclusive of in-transit insurance and if insurance is required by the Customer then additional charges will apply. 

Most in-stock orders will generally ship next business day after complete order receipt & full payment. Orders are not processed nor shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement. Some orders may take longer than normal processing time due to special shipping requirements and/or back ordered stock status. But in all cases we do our best to keep our customers informed.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Please consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. For your reference you will be provided with a Tracking Number once your order is transferred to the shipping carrier.
