Warranty
Our warranty covers all EUC’s purchased from us for one year from the date of purchase against manufacturers defects. The battery pack is warrantied for 6 months from purchase, also for manufacturers defects.

 This warranty is limited to what is defined as “normal use” of the product; examples of activities or uses that would void the warranty include: exceeding the weight and/or speed limits (check individual model specifications as weight and speed limits differ); impacts resulting from collision, dropping, reckless or improper use, immersion in water, owner modification etc.

If the product is dead-on-arrival we will cover the shipping costs for returning it back us. For other warranty related repairs, the Customer will need to cover the shipping charges to & from our repair center in Edmonton, Alberta.

While the products are designed with some water protection in mind, they are not intended to be ridden in heavy precipitation or standing water.

Consumables such as tires and inner tubes are outside of the scope of the warranty.  Go Wheels Canada stocks a wide variety of parts such as tires and inner tubes, batteries, control boards, chargers, and other components.  We can repair or replace faulty parts that fall outside of the warranty at an additional charge.

Returns Policy
Purchases may be returned within 14 days of delivery.  In order to receive a full refund, you must contact us at info@gowheels.ca to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.  The EUC must be unopened, returned in its original packaging and condition.  A refund will be processed within 2 business days of receiving the returned EUC. The Buyer must pay the shipping & handling costs for both the outbound & return shipment. We do not accept returns on used products.
